Research On Tap (ROT):  Supporting the Flow of Ideas into Action!

Wednesday, January 29th - 4:30 pm to 6 ish  @Alphie's Trough

January's ROT will feature presentations by:  Jory Korobanik and Julia Polyck-O'Neill  

Brock's equivalent of a TED X, is designed for graduate students to speak to the passion & inspiration behind their research interests.

Both students will speak on topics that draw on the  'five most beautiful' elements within their disciplinary interests.

The Greater Aims of ROT:

+  provide a format for graduate students to reconnect to the passion behind their research,

+  cultivate a culture of play and collegiality: as it is the cornerstone of creativity and innovation,

+  gain and rehearse presentational skills, particularly, the story teller within,

+  extend the conversation of the relevance of research that serves the value of social, cultural, economic and environmental well-being

Join us! For a monthly informal gathering for both graduate students and faculty members to celebrate graduate student research!
